Site-Pro completed selective interior demolition and asbestos abatement at 390 Bay Street to support phased office renovations across multiple floors. Work included removal and disposal of the ACT ceiling system, carpet flooring and wall base, select millwork, existing entry doors, and interior partitions, including doors, frames, and associated fixtures. Asbestos-related scope was completed in accordance with Ontario Regulation 278/05 and DSS findings, including a Type 2 enclosure with full containment measures, protection of windows/radiators/ceilings, and negative air pressure maintained using HEPA-filtered units for the removal of vinyl tiles and floor mastic within the designated area.
