Site-Pro completed controlled structural and concrete modifications to prepare the facility for a new mezzanine floor and new floor services, including structural steel cutting and height adjustments with required fire protection within a secured work zone, as well as concrete sawcutting, trenching, and excavations for new footings and services.
Ramp Installation – Exterior Demolition & Site Restoration (Asphalt, Curbs, Sidewalk & Bollards)
Site-Pro completed exterior demolition and reinstatement work, including saw-cutting and removal of existing asphalt and concrete curb, selective removals (existing tree and bollards), excavation to required depths, and disposal at approved facilities, followed by forming and pouring a new sloped concrete sidewalk/curb with footing and broom finish, installation of new galvanized steel bollards with reflective sleeves and Sonotube concrete foundations, and final asphalt patching to restore the pavement surface.
