This project focused on site preparation for redevelopment through the removal and modification of various structural and non-structural elements. Key tasks included the removal of interior elements, asbestos pipe insulation, and windows, as well as floor cutting for new installations. The exterior stairs were demolished, and excavation was performed to prepare the foundation for new stairs. Additionally, the sidewalk was carefully removed to align with the updated design. All work was executed with precision and in compliance with strict safety and environmental standards, resulting in a cleared and secure site ready for the next phase of construction.
