Our team carried out selective demolition for the SportChek store located inside Barrie Mall. The project was completed in several phases, all conducted during nighttime hours to minimize disruption. The scope of work included the removal of designated floor and ceiling finishes, partition walls, and concrete cutting for the installation of new plumbing services. We also provided comprehensive dust and floor protection during work hours. At the end of each phase, the site was left in pristine condition, fully prepared for the next stage of the renovation.
